There was no shortage of festive spirit - the awards presented to employees served as a reminder that the strongest team is built not only on professionalism, but also on camaraderie, sincerity, and the ability to celebrate one another’s achievements.

“If I had to briefly describe what the ocean is like, I probably wouldn’t be able to. One day it’s blue and calm. The next, it’s stormy. One day it bestows its riches. The next, it is being an obstacle. One day it invites you on a journey; the next, it becomes a real challenge,” - said CEO Mantas Krugelis. “The Elmoris ocean is exactly the same. Different every day, new every day. The world is changing, and so is the ocean. But I remain calm every day. Because I’m sailing with a great team: one that’s been tempered by storms and long distances. People who will help, advise, and support; who will cheer not only for their own success but also for that of their colleagues. A team you can rely on and believe in.  One that will do everything possible and even the impossible. Any sailor or yachtsman will confirm - it's not only "I" in the ocean.  In the ocean, “WE” are what matters most. Because only together can we weather both calm and storm. Only together can we move forward. Only together can we create something truly wonderful.”

The evening was made even more memorable by musical performances. Linas Adomaitis and Jessica Shy took the stage; their concerts created an unforgettable atmosphere and served as the perfect culmination of the celebration.

This anniversary is not just a symbolic milestone on our journey. It is a reminder that we cover the greatest distances together. Just as the ocean is made up of countless drops of water, so too is our company’s history shaped by every employee, partner, and customer. We thank everyone who has been part of this journey for the past 30 years. May many new horizons, favourable winds, and bold discoveries lie ahead.
