„Twist-off“ type closures are successfully used in food industry, where pasteurisation (up to +100ºC) or sterilisation (from +100ºC up to +121ºC) required. Our production site has reliable German equipment installed, allowing us to achieve the best quality of the caps with a minimal output and in the shortest time. The best quality raw-materials used in our production maintain the quality of content for long periods even when it has big quantities of acid and saline solutions.

We can offer you 4 different types „Twist-off” closures of various diameters (38-100mm) and various designs.

Caps types:

		•	R –standard caps with an overall height– 9-11mm: RTO – regular “Twist–off“ type caps; RTB – regular “Twist–off“ type caps with safety button.
		•	F –fluted Caps with overall height 9-11mm: FAO – fluted  Regular “Twist–off“ type caps; FAB – fluted Regular “Twist–off“ type caps with Safety button; FAS – fluted Regular “Twist–off“ type caps with „Step“; FSB – fluted Regular “Twist–off“type caps with „Step“ and Safety Button.
		•	S –regular caps with “Step”, with  overall height 9-11mm:   RTS – regular “Twist–off“ type caps with Step; RSB – regular “Twist–off” type caps with Step and Safety Button.
		•	DEEP – deep-drawn caps with an overall height 12,6-15mm:   DWO – deep Wide Mouth „Twist–off“ type caps; DWB – deep Wide Mouth „Twist–off“ type caps  with Safety Button.
